This collection consists of five surfaces that explore gender and heritage through materials. It started as a study of fragments from inherited crafts, gathered around shared memories: I examined how they have changed over time and how this knowledge connects to gender. Based on my own experience, I collected and rebuilt my history through the crafts practiced by the women in my family. To impersonate this history, I developed a character: a powerful, wise, and intuitive witch. She draws her strength from a deep bond with her land and its energy. She can define her own identity, and her knowledge serves as her protection. This collection combines and transforms materials and techniques that show the various shifts in my lineage. These shifts reflect both skill and expressions of femininity. They continue to live on through me and everything I create as a designer.
